Former Lions QB Dan Orlovsky signs with Los Angeles Rams

Dan Orlovksy has found his next team.

The former Detroit Lions quarterback inked a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday, NFL.com's Marc Sessler reports.

Orlovsky, who was told in February by the Lions he would not be re-signed, enters training camp third on the Rams' projected depth chart.

A 12-year NFL veteran, Orlovsky, 33, has had stints with the Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texas and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He last appeared in three games for the Lions during the 2015 season, completing 22 of 40 pass attempts while throwing a touchdown and interception, and lost the back-up job to Jake Rudock in 2016.
