2016 NFL draft, Day 2: Lions add beef, Connor Cook waits and Ohio State's record

With their second pick of the 2016 draft, the Lions went for some youth along the defensive line. There's just no photo evidence to prove it.

Alabama defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson just turned 21, though, and should provide Detroit some added depth, with some definite upside.

The Lions hadn't drafted a Michigan player since Jeff Backus. That changed Friday night with the selection of Graham Glasgow in the third round (95th overall).

Glasgow's stock jumped considerably in one year under Jim Harbaugh, and the Lions say he helped himself tremendously in the all-star games.
