My previous mock draft was simplified in that the Detroit Lions did not move from their present draft picks and simply went with best player available. Since then, they’ve already traded and changed their draft situation, and there’s no reason to think they won’t do so again on draft day. General Manager Martin Mayhew hasn’t budged in withholding information, leaving us to guess if he’ll continue best player available or reach for needs. Likely, he’ll continue with BPA since he hasn’t wavered from it.
