Yes and no.
The rhythms of the opening day of Nuggets training camp at Creighton University here Monday were the same, but the way in which the players responded was much different than a year ago. After a year under coach Michael Malone, the players knew exactly what to expect. Because of that, they were able to do immediately what Malone asked.
“You try to use the month of September as much as possible to help kind of get that learning curve going,” Malone said.
