It hasn’t been pretty the past few days at Dove Valley, and Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy is fine with that.
It shouldn’t be pretty. Not now. Not after only three days of organized team activities. Not in the early phases of installing a new offense built by a new coaching staff. Errors should be made, and they have been and, well, that’s all a good sign.
For now.
“There are plenty of mistakes we’re making that we’re cleaning up, but the good thing about that is we’re coaching off that,” he said Thursday.
