All offseason long it had been speculated that Marshawn Lynch was eying a return to the league, and he’s now officially a member of the Oakland Raiders.
Lynch grew up in the crime-ridden area of Oakland where distractions are at its highest. Lynch played football at Oakland Tech High School where he started gaining recognition for making it nearly impossible for the opposing team to bring him down.
Lynch then attended the University of California-Berkeley where he broke rushing records including the most 100 yard games with 17. He then decided to enter the 2007 NFL Draft where he was taken by Buffalo 12th overall.
