Gary Kubiak stood before his new Broncos team for the first time.
When it comes to leading a group of young, elite, eager athletes, a coach has only one chance to make a strong first impression. By all accounts, Kubiak impressed his audience during the 2015 Broncos' first team meeting Monday.
"The message was definitely world championship from the start," said Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders. "I think that's what (general manager John) Elway wants. The focus is bringing a world championship to this city."
As a bonus, the players saw Elway perform from his earlier life as Kubiak showed the key play for the winners of the past 20 Super Bowls.
