A slimmed-down Jason Spezza was asked this week if he had lost some weight.
"A little bit," Spezza replied.
"A lotta bit?" the enquirer shot back.
"A little bit," Spezza answered with a smile.
It's not like the center was heavy, and he's still listed at 6-3, 220, so maybe the change is small.
