SportsDay columnist Rick Gosselin recently held a chat and talked all things D-FW sports. Here are some highlights:
Question: What do the Stars need to do to flip the switch and get their play on the ice back on track?
Gosselin: I think it's becoming increasingly apparent Jim Nill is going to have to make a deal for a defenseman before the deadline. This group needs veteran size and veteran help. If the Stars don't score goals, it's becoming apparent they can't fall back on their defense to carry them. The Stars have some terrific young defenseman who are still learning and could one day be the foundation of a solid blue line corps.
