The Dallas Stars just can’t seem to catch a break. They’ve withstood injuries of Plague-like proportions, and when that factor is taken into consideration, they’ve held up well. However, anyone who has been following the Stars this season knows that they have not lived up to expectations- ours, and even undoubtedly their own.
At points this season, the Dallas Stars have been forging ahead without pieces of their defense corps, and often without integral chunks of their offense. Johnny Oduya was most recently placed on injured reserve, where he joins Jiri Hudler, Mattias Janmark, and Ales Hemsky.
