Even though the Dallas Mavericks season has not started yet, the starting lineup has been determined since the free agency period was still in full swing. Two new players joining the squad and three returning to fill out the lineup will make this an intriguing season.
Even though the Mavs made the playoffs last season, most players outside Dirk were underwhelming during the season. This can be attributed to injury, limited roles in the offense or other things.
This season, however, expect the Mavericks to be much more rounded as a team. Injuries are gone, new players found bigger roles, and we still have the Big German to lead the team.
