In the segment, Bucher is given a certain name in recent trade rumors and asked if he would “buy” the fact that they will be traded this year. When Ricky Rubio was the name at hand, he quickly bought the idea of Minnesota shipping out their starting point guard.
“I’ve been told that Minnesota is already thinking about having Andre Miller as their closing point guard…the trust in Rubio and his ability to score with the game on the line has them thinking that Miller is going to be their closing point guard” -Bucher states in regards to Minnesota’s motive.
