The Dallas Cowboys will take on the Washington Commanders this afternoon, hopefully with your belly full of food, but there is always a lot more going on with the team than the actual games being played.
This week just about every NFL team has had eyes for one particular name and that is linebacker Shaquille Leonard. The Indianapolis Colts surprisingly waived Leonard and he ultimately cleared waivers which means he is now eligible to sign with any team.
Leonard won the 2018 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Award over then-Cowboys rookie Leighton Vander Esch, and unfortunately recent news with LVE is that he will not be returning this season for Dallas which opens up a hole on the team at the linebacker position.
