Stephen Jones: Everything 'looking great' in Tony Romo recovery

FRISCO, Texas – The Dallas Cowboys aren’t ready to say when Tony Romo will return, but they are feeling better about their starting quarterback’s return from a compression fracture in his back.

Four weeks after getting hurt in the preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks, Romo threw passes during pregame warmups last week before the Cowboys beat the Washington Redskins.

“He’ll just keep doing more unless there’s something that concerns us but right now everything is looking great,” executive vice president Stephen Jones said, “and he’s feeling good and certainly feels good about the progress he’s making.
