This was the first week that such a prop bet had been offered by oddsmakers, and they gave Romo about 50/50 odds of starting against the Cleveland Browns in Week 9, while the odds of Romo not starting were given at a fairly long 65-1.
Since then, reports have emerged that Tony Romo has still not been cleared to practice, and that Dak Prescott is likely to start for at least the next two games.
