FRISCO - When Cowboys great Drew Pearson introduced Chidobe Awuzie as this year's second-round pick, he wondered if he was introducing a key piece to a Cowboys Super Bowl run. The rookie cornerback has already impressed his coaches and Dez Bryant. Could Awuzie elevate Dallas' defense to the next level as well?
Pearson knows a little bit about Super Bowls, after helping Dallas to the title game three times including a Super Bowl XII championship in 1978. And the Hall of Fame receiver says Dallas is poised to make another push.
"It's about time," Pearson said at Cowboys minicamp.
