ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys did not activate Darren McFadden from the non-football injury list this week to not have him on their 46-man roster Sunday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
So what do the Cowboys do to get McFadden on the game-day roster?
Let’s take a quick review of the season: The Cowboys have carried four tailbacks on the roster all season in McFadden’s absence. His return cost Darius Jackson, who was inactive every week, a spot on the 53-man roster. Jackson was claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns.
