According to Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys have signed CBs John Green and Dejaun Butler and waived OL Ruben Carter.
Dallas worked out Green and Butler on Tuesday, so they were apparently impressed enough to sign them to deals.
Green, 23, signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Connecticut back in May. Tennesee elected to waive him with an injury designation to make room for WR Mekale McKay.
During his four-year college career at Connecticut, Green recorded 50 total tackles and 13 pass defenses.
