Cowboys rookie DE Randy Gregory already proving he 'gets it' in NFL with 3 sacks, gift for owner Jerry Jones

ARLINGTON – If his three sacks in as many preseason games wasn’t already an indication, defensive end Randy Gregory showed yet again Saturday that the rookie already gets it at the NFL level.

The Dallas Cowboys’ second-round pick handed owner Jerry Jones a gift in the locker room following the club’s loss to Minnesota. Gregory gave Jones some Munitio Pro 40 high-performance headphones.

Giving a gift to the man who signs your checks is never a bad idea.

Jones smiled as he held the headphones while addressing the media after the game.

“I’m excited about just the gesture, that he had mentioned this to me about 10 days ago that he had something special for me and wanted to be sure when we got back from camp for me to try it because he thought I’d enjoy it,” Jones said.
