GRAPEVINE, Texas – As Randy Gregory made his way through a crowd of people Wednesday, he stopped when he saw Jerry Jones and gave the Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager a big hug.
Gregory, who will miss the first four games of the season due to violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy, was at the team’s sponsors’ golf tournament at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, to take pictures and shake hands, but he was not scheduled to play golf.
Gregory did not speak to the media. That could come in a few weeks at the organized team activities or minicamp.
