Cowboys aren't in Super Bowl, but plenty of their fans are; even one who took an $11,000 gamble in November

HOUSTON -- After watching the Cowboys win their 10th consecutive game on Thanksgiving, David Jimenez figured it was time to pull the trigger on some Super Bowl tickets.

Jimenez, a lifelong Cowboys' fan from El Paso, had a feeling that this was the year Dallas would return to the Super Bowl for the first time since the 1995 season.

Jimenez purchased two tickets on TicketIQ for a total of $11,000. The tickets face value was $1,700 each.

2017 Hall of Fame class being introduced at Super Bowl LI in Houston and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is booed, but adds a wink: pic.
