FRISCO, Texas -- As he awaits a decision on his football future, Tony Romo will tee off in the Azalea Invitational today in Charleston, South Carolina.
Romo is no stranger to the prestigious amateur tournament, having played it from 2008-12, including one year being paired with Jordan Spieth, but since back troubles surfaced in 2013 Romo took a step back from competitive golf.
So what does this mean? Well, he likes golf and he must be feeling pretty good.
The Dallas Cowboys have been holding informal workouts at The Star for the past two weeks.
