The Dallas Cowboys injuries have been a major storyline heading into the Week 5 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. The offensive line may be pretty thin as Tyron Smith continues to rehab his high ankle sprain and now La’el Collins is dealing with a back injury. The Cowboys have gotten some good news on the injury front as Michael Gallup, Tyrone Crawford and Antwaun Woods have all returned to practice in some capacity. It hasn’t been announced whether they will all be good to play vs. the Packers on Sunday, but it’s certainly trending in that direction. The Packers are dealing with injuries of their own as Davante Adams, Jamaal Williams, Kevin King and Tony Brown all missed practice on Thursday.

Jason Garrett announced that in addition to knee and back injuries, DeMarcus Lawrence is dealing with a bruised heel. He did practice on Thursday and is likely to play on Sunday against the Packers. Newly-promoted WR Ventell Bryant could play as well as he’s now on the 53-man roster. The Cowboys like his special teams play.
Dallas signed former 2nd round pick and Packers safety Josh Jones to the practice squad. Kavon Frazier went to IR this week which opened up a spot after Ventell Bryant got moved to the active roster. Will Jones revitalize his career with the Cowboys?
