Morris Claiborne making ‘really good progress’ in return from knee surgery

There was some uncertainty in regards to what Morris Claiborne would be able to do during organized team activities.

But the Cowboys cornerback, who is coming off September surgery to repair a ruptured patellar tendon in his left knee, participated in the walk-through portion of practice and some individual drills on Wednesday.

“He’s done an excellent job in his rehab,” Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said. “He’s done a lot of work on the field, and he’s moving around better. He’s getting stronger, physically stronger, up top, but also in his lower body. I think he’s responding well with that.
