CHICAGO, Ill. -- Three players had double-figure kills to lead Creighton Volleyball to its ninth straight win, a 3-0 victory at DePaul on Friday night. Scores of the match were 25-23, 25-23, 25-19.
Creighton improved to 15-6 on the season and is now 9-0 in BIG EAST play.
Creighton took a 2-0 lead in the match with identical 25-23 victories before intermission.
The first set saw DePaul nearly rally from a 22-17 deficit, drawing within one point at 24-23 before a Marysa Wilkinson putaway to clinch the set point. Lydia Dimke dished 12 assists, including four to Wilkinson, and the Bluejays served up four aces.
