Springfield, Mo. -- Behind an unbelievable goal from senior Diego Gutierrez in the 78th minute of play, lifting the Creighton men's soccer team to a 1-0 win over Missouri State on Thursday, November 18.
The win moved Creighton to 9-7-2 on the season, while Missouri State's season came to a close at 17-2-0.
Creighton advances to face Tulsa on Sunday, November 21, with an undetermined start time.
