It’s do-or-die Wednesday night for Crew SC at D.C. United — just like a game Sunday at Mapfre Stadium against the New England Revolution.
Or a game Sept. 17 at Orlando City.
Or, basically, any game the past few weeks as the Crew has tried to fight its way into contention for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. To the Crew, placing such importance on each game is actually reducing the pressure — at least for now.
