Federico Higuain is not content with 50 goals, 50 assists; ‘I want more’

Not only did the club defeat D.C. United 3-1 to move to 3-0-1 in 2018 and extend its regular season unbeaten streak to 14 games, but with his 40th minute assist to midfielder Ricardo Clark, the 50th of his Major League Soccer career, Federico Higuain, who hit the 50 goal mark on March 10, joined the league’s elite 50/50 club.

“I’m happy,” Higuain said. “I’m proud to be a part of this team in the last couple years. About this, I’m a hard worker but nothing is possible without my teammates, staff, coach and the support that they gave me and they are giving me this day.
