Chris MacFarland, a long-time member of the Columbus Blue Jackets hockey operations staff, is leaving the organization after 16 years of service, Blue Jackets General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today. MacFarland is joining the Colorado Avalanche, where he will serve as the club’s assistant general manager.
