Jordan Lyles rehabbing and Jon Gray eyeing a bounceback in Pittsburgh

News regarding two key pitchers for the Rockies

Jordan Lyles has been rehabbing his toe, playing catch, and doing exercises for a few weeks now. He won't return this year, but it seems there is no doubt that he will be ready by Spring Training 2016. When asked what it's like to sit on the sidelines for an extended period of time, Lyles said "it [stinks]." Any guesses for what the bracketed word is replacing?

The last time Jon Gray took the mound the results were less than stellar. The Mets hung seven runs on him in less than two innings of work, spiking his fledgling ERA up to 5.
