In conjunction with PRIMETIME Sports, the Colorado Rapids Soccer Club announced today that Club América will play a friendly against Santos Laguna at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids of MLS.
The preseason match will take place on Wednesday, July 5 at 7:30 p.m. MT and will mark the start of a series of summer friendlies under Tour Águila.
Dick’s Sporting Goods Park was chosen as host due to its strong Club América fan base as well as for its large population of Santos fans that hail from the Comarca Lagunera region in Mexico.
