Twitter reacts to Tedric Thompson’s draft selection

From the #MoneyGang to the #LegionofBoom.

With the fourth pick on day three of the 2017 NFL Draft (111th overall), Colorado’s Tedric Thompson will be joining Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas in the Seattle Seahawks secondary. As you can see from the video below, Thompson got emotional when he got the call from Seahawks general manager John Schneider.

A 6’0, 205-lb free safety hailing from Valencia, California, Thompson was a four-year starter for the Buffs finishing his career with 215 tackles and 13 interceptions. His senior season in Boulder, Thompson (along with fellow defensive back teammate Ahkello Witherspoon) led the nation with 23 total passes defended and tied for third with seven interceptions.
