NAPA, Calif. — The University of Colorado women's golf team moved up two spots into seventh place after the second round of the 2022 Chevron Silverado Showdown, shooting an 8-over par 296 on the 6,192-yard Silverado Resort and Spa North Course on Tuesday.
The co-host Buffaloes had the fifth-best overall round of the day and were one of just seven teams that avoided double-digit over-par afternoons. Colorado, with a two-round total of 598 (+22), is just one stroke back of No. 12 USC and five strokes out of the Top 5 heading into Wednesday's final round.
