The Colorado Buffaloes and Mel Tucker have added ten commitments since he’s been fired. Six of those commits have been linemen. The sixth and latest linemen is Nikko Pohahau, who checks a lot of boxes. California player? Check. Large man? Check. Most importantly, he’s good!
Pohahau is from St. Francis High School in Mountain View, California, which is near the Bay Area. At 6’5 and now closer to 275, he is a long, lean body that can put on many more pounds. He was under-recruited throughout his junior and senior year, but he recently started to blow up in offers.
