The goal posts for the fate of the free world, let alone the college football season, seem to be moving every 12 hours. But for now, the date and site of the 2020 Rocky Mountain Showdown between the CU Buffs and CSU Rams — Sept. 5 at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins — remain set in stone.
“(CU athletic director) Rick (George) and I talked a couple Sundays ago and we both agreed that we hope we see each other on Sept. 5 at Canvas Stadium,” CSU athletic director Joe Parker told The Post. “But those are decisions well outside the scope of our responsibility.
