Nothing better than Game Seven hockey, eh?
The excitement from both teams is palpable, the mild nausea visible in the mildly horrified expressions of all the fans in attendance and sitting in bars across North America.
Of course, no good thing comes without a cost, so the price we’re all paying for some sweet, sweet Game Seven action between the Winnipeg Jets and Nashville Predators is a whopping two day break from any NHL action at all before the final game of the Conference Semifinals is played out.

What is fun, of course, is that NBC Sports has brought the recently-retired Patrick Sharp on as an analyst for the postseason, where he’s automatically one of the best analysts alongside Brian Boucher and AJ Mleczko.
