The Colorado Eagles will look for redemption tonight when they face off in the second of a two-game series against the Chicago Wolves.
Last night the Eagles lost their inaugural AHL home opener 3-2 in overtime in front of a sellout crowd at the Budweiser Events Center. Inspired by a pregame ceremony in which they raised the 2018 Kelly Cup banner, the young group came out running on all cylinders but a rough third period and an eventual game-winner from rookie defenseman Erik Brännström - just 48 seconds into overtime - saw them walk away with a single point.
