I have considered 12 Colorado Avalanche trades before this post, and not many can be considered good. The good thing has been that GM Joe Sakic has not wasted any valuable assets in the trades. The only player with really good value has been Ryan O’Rielly, and Sakic pulled off a nice trade for him.
So, let’s continue to look at some of the trades the Colorado Avalanche have made since Sakic took over.
