Trevor Bauer wants to pitch every game of World Series; Cleveland Indians just want him healthy

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Trevor Bauer has an idea of which World Series games he would like to pitch.

"Game 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7," he said Friday afternoon.

"That would be a little better than the last series," manager Terry Francona quipped.

The health of Bauer's right arm has never come into question. His right pinkie, on the other hand, has made this situation a bit murky.

Bauer totaled 21 pitches in the American League Championship Series. He's hopeful he'll contribute more in the next round. Bauer's right pinkie, the victim of a random drone attack -- "I got hurt plugging it in," he said Friday -- will have had a week to heal by the time Game 1 arrives on Tuesday night.
