Last April, the Indians lost a lot of games like this. After spotting the other team an early lead, the Indians would fail to get the timely hit to get back into the game or the bullpen would fail to keep the game close, or the other team would make an unbelievable play on a ball that was absolutely smoked to save the game. Yesterday, the Indians were patient against the Twins and came back from a 3-0 hole to take a 6-3 lead and then held on. As precarious as it all was, it still feels like progress.
