Tribe Bottoms Out in Sweep

Not gonna spend too much time talking about the atrocious baseball we saw today. The Tribe couldn’t score a single run in two games, and the only guy to show anything resembling a pulse was Terry Francona, who waited until the 53rd out of this washout to get tossed.

Pathetic hitting, save for David Murphy, who went 4-4, and Roberto Perez who slugged a pair of doubles. There was mostly lackluster pitching as Toru Murata was quickly figured out during the second turn through the Baltimore lineup, as three bombs told the story in the backbreaking six-run fourth.
