Indians will wear special Mother’s Day jerseys sans Chief Wahoo

Whether you like it or not, whether you agree with it or not, the Cleveland Indians are moving away from their controversial Chief Wahoo logo. Club owner Paul Dolan has confirmed it, and Major League Baseball Commisioner Rob Manfred is putting pressure on the team to do it.

So it’s no surprise that their Mother’s Day uniforms will feature the Block C logo in place of Chief Wahoo on their sleeve. This news is not breaking by any means, it was revealed back in April that none of the team’s Holiday jerseys would feature Chief Wahoo on the sleeve.
