NBA Draft 2017: Nine worst lottery picks of the past decade

CLEVELAND, Ohio – NBA teams take a chance when signing and drafting players.

So with the NBA Draft beginning June 22, 2017, eyes will be set on what franchises do to improve their teams.

Ben Simmons was selected from LSU as the No. 1 overall pick by the Philadelphia 76ers a year ago, but missed the entire season after suffering a broken right foot.

Some franchises have benefitted from the draft and others have had the worst luck.
