LeBron James (sick) questionable to play against the Bulls

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio -- LeBron James did not attend shootaround and is questionable to play Saturday night against the Bulls.

The Cavs said James is ill. Richard Jefferson worked out with the starters Saturday morning. They're 4-18 since the start of the 2014 season on nights when James doesn't play.

Cleveland owns a 4.0-game lead in the East. Coach Tyronn Lue said he wanted to build a sizable lead in February and rest players in March.

The Cavs have won four straight and are 8-1 in February.

James is averaging 25.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.
