Iman Shumpert will not play tonight when the Cavaliers host the Oklahoma City Thunder and guard Mo Williams is questionable with a right thumb injury, the team announced.
Shumpert injured his right groin in Tuesday’s win at Boston, and while it’s not considered serious, he was always expected to miss at least one game. The Cavs will consider him questionable moving forward. They play again Sunday at home against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Williams injured his thumb in the victory against the Celtics. If he can’t play, the Cavs will yet again be without three of their top five guards against one of the league’s best teams.
