Forward Draymond Green wore a “Quickie” T-shirt to the Golden State Warriors’ NBA championship parade on Thursday, with the “Q” copied from the logo of Quicken Loans Arena, home of the Cavaliers.
The Warriors eliminated the Cavs in five games Monday night to capture their second title in three years. The Cavs took the 2016 championship in seven games, beating the Warriors twice in Oracle Arena.
Asked to explain his shirt by Rosalyn Gold-Onwude of NBC Sports Bay Area, Green said, “The Q? That’s what those guys’ arena is called. We got ‘em out of here quick.
