CLEVELAND, Ohio -- When LeBron James talked during the Cavaliers' media day, he flashed back to the start of his second season with Miami.
"We came back angry," he said.
The Heat were wiped out in six games by Dallas in the 2011 Finals. Miami had a 2-1 lead in that best-of-seven series, then lost the next three games. James really struggled in those last three losses, as passive as he was in the 2010 playoffs for the Cavs.
In those last three games, he attempted a grand total of 10 free throws, making four. Consider that James averaged 11 free throws per game for the Cavs in the 2015 Finals.
