The Cleveland Cavaliers may have found their guy - Fox Sports Ohio's Sam Amico has been at the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago (along with a number of league executives), and he had this to say about Karl:

Obviously, George Karl interested in any opening, really wants to get back into it. But #Cavs are where career started. He's big Kyrie fan.

Obviously, this is still a ways off from "George Karl is definitely going to coach the Cleveland Cavs", but it's a very promising sign for a team trying to find themselves a proven, well-respected coach.
