After weathering an early Celtics’ flurry – and an equally-combative crowd early at the TD Garden – the Wine and Gold closed the first half on a 12-3 run and were able to ward off the C’s in the second half, taking the 3-0 series lead with the 103-95 win on Thursday night in Boston.
