Cleveland Cavaliers head coach David Blatt was names the NBA Eastern Conference Coach of the Month for games played in March, the league announced today.
Blatt led the Cavaliers to an 11-4 (.733) record in March, the best in the East. Cleveland averaged 107.0 points while giving up just 97.9 points during the month. The Cavs also went 5-0 at Quicken Loans Arena, extending their home win streak to 16 consecutive games.
Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was named the NBA Western Conference Coaches of the Month.
